Glades Cutoff Road Project Location
On behalf of St. Lucie County, you are invited to an Alternatives Public Workshop for the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for the above
referenced project. A PD&E Study evaluates the social, economic, and environmental impacts associated with a planned transportation improvement
project. The primary purpose of widening Glades Cut Off Road from two to four lanes is to add capacity and improve operational and safety issues.

The Alternatives Public Workshop will be held virtually and in-person on the same day but at different times.

  • Virtual Workshop: Persons who do not wish to attend the Alternatives Public Workshop in person may join the workshop virtually at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday,February 24, 2026. To join the workshop, please use the following link https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/663701955409821532. If using a mobile device, the free “GoToWebinar” Application is required to attend. Please allow adequate log-in time to view the presentation in its entirety.
  • In-Person Workshop: The in-person Alternatives Public Workshop will take place on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Havert L. Fenn Center located at 2000 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34982. The Alternatives Public Workshop will begin with an open house at 5:30 p.m. followed by a formal presentation at 6:00 p.m.

The same information will be presented at both the virtual and in-person Alternatives Public Workshops, so attending both is not necessary. Participants are requested to register in advance for the virtual Alternatives Public Workshop by visiting the project website at http://www.GladesCutOffRoad.com.
