The St. Lucie Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) is a countywide agency responsible for transportation planning in the incorporated and unincorporated areas of St. Lucie County. The TPO has retained Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to update its Congestion Management Process (CMP) and to identify and prioritize CMP projects for potential inclusion in the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Five-Year Work Program, the TPO’s List of Priority Projects (LOPP), and the TPO’s Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
