The St. Lucie Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) is a countywide agency responsible for transportation planning in the incorporated and unincorporated areas of St. Lucie County. The Congestion Management Process (CMP) identifies and prioritizes projects for potential inclusion in the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Five-Year Work Program, the TPO’s List of Priority Projects (LOPP), and the TPO’s Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
